We are working with a well-established, South Yorkshire-based main contractor who are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
This key role involves overseeing fast-track projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, leisure, and hospitality.
You will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring profitability from inception to completion, working closely with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Your expertise will support the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of financial control and client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have;
* Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of cost management, contractual negotiations, and risk assessment
* Experience working on commercial, leisure, or hospitality sector projects, particularly those with fast-track timelines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
