An award-winning SEN school in Northampton is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join their team. This Ofsted-rated 'Good' school provides a nurturing environment for students with EHCPs and a range of needs, including SEMH, ASC, and ADHD. With a small cohort of 43 students, the school offers tailored support, working closely with parents and carers to ensure every student thrives academically and personally.
About You:
* Qualifications: QTS is not required for this role.
* Experience: Previous experience teaching within an SEN or alternative provision setting is desirable.
* Skills: Ability to engage and support learners, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to lessons.
* Knowledge: Understanding of working with students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and additional needs.
* Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
* Communication: Strong professional communication with students, staff, and parents/carers.
* Promotion of Values: Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
