* Salary circa £55,000
* Working hours Monday to Friday; 8:45am to 5:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managinga substantial and varied caseload of commercial property matters and related transactions
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships with clients
* Acting proactively to meet client needs and delivering exceptional service
* Providing support to partners and the wider firm when required
Required Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with extensive post-qualification xsngvjr experience
* Proven track record of outstanding billing performance
* Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and personable approach
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Business development experience and a proactive approach
