1. Lead the development of innovative, secure, and scalable digital solutions including CMS, native mobile apps, and web platforms.
2. Set and embed engineering standards, ensuring consistency across internal teams and third-party partners.
3. Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Architecture, and Security teams to turn business goals into smart digital solutions.
4. Guide engineering efforts using Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile (e.g. SAFe) methodologies.
5. Champion a DevOps-first culture, building CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.
6. Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team through mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement.
