Learning Support Assistant – SEN (Full-Time Role)
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Learning Support Assistant for an SEN school in Gateshead.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Supporting learning plans tailored to individual students
* Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
* Assisting pupils with communication and social interaction
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
