Part of a large International Group, this successful manufacturer leads the way in R&D and solutions to industry. The business has developed over 150 variations are experiencing excellent progress in the market. They have exciting growth plans to double the turnover over the next 5 years and they are currently looking for a Technical CAD Estimator to support this.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will include:
Develop AutoCAD: Learn and master the creation of 2D AutoCAD drawings to accompany customer quotes
Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring that clients receive prompt and knowledgeable responses.
Produce tailored quotations that align with customer needs and follow up on them to secure successful conversions.
Contribute to boosting sales by nurturing client relationships and ensuring quotes align with their budget and specifications.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a CAD or a technical sales role previously
A strong desire to develop skills in estimating, AutoCAD 2D, and customer service, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers
