Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Credit Control Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work! The salary ranges up to £26,000.

1. Receipting rental payments to our system.
2. Processing deposit returns to tenants.
3. Account reconciliation and bookkeeping.
4. Facilitating quarterly NRL Tax payments to HMRC.
5. Bookkeeping and recording NRL landlords.
6. Managing and submitting portfolio landlord reports.
7. Ensuring building insurances are recorded correctly and facilitating payments to insurance brokers.
8. Managing Service charge payments on behalf of the landlords.
9. Responding to all Landlord queries for our South Manchester portfolio.
