The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Project Support Officer with planning and project management skills to join the Cancer Improvement & Earlier Diagnosis Team.
This role will provide the post-holder with a unique opportunity to work across a number of high-profile programmes, including the Detect Cancer Earlier (DCE) Programme and National Endoscopy Programme, helping diagnose cancer earlier & faster in Scotland.
The post-holder will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the team, including assisting in the delivery of advice and guidance on appropriate programme and project management methodologies.
The post-holder will be required to work autonomously in the role, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate programme lead.
Effective interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the post-holder will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships within CfSD and externally with key stakeholders.
You must be highly organised with a demonstrable track record of success in an administration or project role.
