Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
* Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
* Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
* Process patient information and insurance details efficiently.
* Ensure the reception area is organised and welcoming for patients.
* Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems is advantageous.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
