Role Overview
Join a dynamic Talent Development team, making a real impact on operational performance across multiple sites. This field-based role allows you to coach, develop, influence, and elevate retail and F&B standards across a varied region. You’ll have the freedom to implement action plans, drive performance improvements, and build strong internal talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with central and operational retail teams to improve key metrics such as gross profit, labour ratios, stock control, app adoption, and guest experience
* Deliver targeted coaching where performance needs improvement
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify capability and people gaps impacting commercial results
* Collaborate with People Business Partners and Operations Managers to implement tactical action plans that improve KPIs
* Track and report measurable outcomes of interventions
* Lead development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines
* Continuously refine training content based on feedback and results
* Facilitate sessions at national retail events
* Build strong, credible relationships with Retail, F&B, and Park Leadership Teams, as well as third-party partners
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in training, coaching, and people development in an operational environment
* Strong track record of improving team performance
* Experience developing talent pipelines and succession frameworks
* Passion for people development and fostering a high-performance culture
* Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and relationship-focused approach
* Experience or interest in F&B and retail operations
* Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work
