The University of York is embarking on an ambitious journey, including a major HR Finance Transformation programme, and we are looking for two talented individuals to join our People & Organisational Development team as Development Partners. This is your chance to play a central role in a university-wide initiative that will fundamentally enhance how we work.

* Supporting HR Finance Transformation:You'll support the team to ensure our staff are supported and equipped to embrace new digital systems and processes.
* Design and deliver impactful development programmes:From crafting our leadership development curriculum to creating bespoke team-building interventions, your work will directly enhance staff performance and development.
* Become a trusted partner:You'll work closely with leaders and departments across the university, providing expert guidance and coaching to help them meet their strategic goals.
* Champion wellbeing and digital fluency:We're particularly seeking expertise in designing interventions that support digital change and foster a culture of wellbeing.
We're looking for someonewho excels at partnering with colleagues to develop creative, tailored solutions that strengthen leadership, foster team success, and align directly with the University's strategic vision with:
* A passion for developing others and helping them unlock their full potential.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful organisational and leadership development initiatives.
* Expertise in change management and embedding new ways of working, ideally in a digital context.
* A collaborative professional who can build strong relationships and influence change at all levels.
* Experience in coaching and mentoring to support professional growth.
