We are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist to join our London office to work with the Resourcing Manager in filling the recruitment needs of specified practice groups and/or business team roles. In this advisor level role, you will also work with the Resourcing team to support the strategic recruitment needs of the business as a whole. Role and responsibilities Responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific legal practices and business team roles, including direct responsibility for paralegal recruitment. Drive candidate attraction and build engaged talent pools using direct sourcing methods, marketing materials and recruitment agencies. For example, job boards, social media, networking events and referrals. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse pools of qualified candidates Attend interviews and lead assessment centres/drafting tests to provide HR input into the recruitment process Build and maintain talent pipelines that are in line with business requirements and the talent/people agenda Contribute to the recruitment agency performance review process lead by the Resourcing Manager. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Monitor spend against relevant part of recruitment budget. Produce resourcing MI and regularly report back to the relevant HR Manager/Recruiting Manager to ensure they remain updated. Provide recruitment advice and guidance (including sharing market intelligence) to Partners and hiring Managers and HR Business teams. Work closely with the recruitment administration team in Belfast to ensure the end to end recruitment process is accurate, efficient and fit for purpose for the practice area. Support the Senior Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Managers on strategic recruitment initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition Examples of strategic recruitment initiatives include Direct sourcing. Development of employer brand and marketing materials. Preferred Supplier List recruitment agency management. Promoting and developing our applicant tracking system (Infinite Brassring) globally. Improving global consistency of approach to recruitment. Training line managers/interviewers. Supporting international recruitment campaigns. Induction content and presentation. Internal promotion processes. Management information and data analytics. Key requirements In-house experience of managing recruitment campaigns within a complex matrix and busy environment, ideally within a professional services environment. Experience of both fee-earner and business team staff recruitment experience preferred. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence. Demonstrable direct sourcing experience, including developing talent pipelines for lawyers and business teams and reducing recruitment costs. Creative thinker about new ways of working and understands how things may change in talent acquisition and responds to this accordingly Ability to add value to an already established team. Experience of managing resourcing projects especially around process improvement and innovation. Experience of online candidate applicant tracking systems (ideally Infinite Brassring). Strong judgment and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with and influence senior members of the firm including partners. Can demonstrate working with a highly collaborative approach. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.
