Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary: £125-£243.45 per annum (depending on experience, the role and/or qualifications).
About the role
Heart of Supply is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our partner schools across Lincoln and throughout Lincolnshire from January 2026. We’re working closely with a range of friendly, supportive primary schools seeking committed Primary Teachers for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes starting January 2026.
Whether you’re an experienced Primary Teacher or an ECT ready to begin your first role, we have exciting opportunities available for January. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, well-planned lessons, supporting pupil progress and contributing to a positive school community.
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle, from day-to-day supply to regular part-time and long-term Primary Teacher roles. Whatever your goals, we’ll work with you to find what is right for you.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
* A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
* The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
* Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ teaching experience in the UK
