A specialist property consultancy is seeking a CAD Analyst to join its London office, supporting the Rights of Light team with the production of accurate drawings and 3D models. The Role
The successful candidate will play an essential part in delivering Rights of Light assessments for significant development projects. Responsibilities will include:
Producing and maintaining 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for Rights of Light analysis.
Interpreting architectural drawings and converting them into accurate digital models.
Collaborating with consultants and surveyors to ensure data is translated effectively into assessments.
Ensuring drawings meet technical standards and project deadlines.
Organising and maintaining CAD data and project records.
About You
We are looking for a detail focused CAD professional with a keen interest in developing their expertise in Rights of Light.
Key skills and attributes include:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of Revit, Rhino or other 3D modelling software is desirable.
Previous experience in Rights of Light.
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple projects.
