Main duties of the job
You will be at the heart of our Quality and Education Team, providing comprehensive administrative support while helping to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences for a range of professionals.

Job responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Clinical Quality Assurance andImprovement Lead and the Clinical Practice Educator
* Being a point of contact for your team, wider hospice colleagues and external colleagues with regard toeducation and learning
* Supporting communication within your team and across teams, responding to requests for informationin a timely manner
* Managing telephone enquiries in a calm and easily understood manner, being as informative and asreassuring as possible
* Setting up and maintaining systems to support the education service including a comprehensivedatabase of staff learning
* Processing all study leave forms
* Coordinating administration for education events including liaison with external trainers
* Working closely with education institutes and our clinical teams to coordinate learner placements
* Supporting the collection and collation of learner feedback and analysing this to help inform andinfluence service development
* Maintaining and producing information for required departmental audits, reports and quality accountsas required
* Working collaboratively and proactively with the other Clinical Administrators to facilitatecommunication between teams and individual staff members regarding learning opportunities
* Working as a wider team of clinical administrators, agreeing and delivering a plan for cover maintaininga flexible approach to ensure services are supported in times of absence
* Providing ad hoc support to the Administration team, including occasional reception cover
* Undertaking project work as requested by the Clinical Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead andthe Clinical Practice Educator
* Maintaining stocks of educational supplies and sundries including ordering and liaising with theFinance team about invoicing
Person Specification
Qualifications
* A good standard of education including Maths and English at GCSE Level 4 or above with an administration / business qualification
Experience
* Experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
* Experience of collecting, collating and reporting data
* Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems
