Operations Manager with renewable energy experience required
Job Overview
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager for their Cambridge branch to oversee a team of engineers. The role involves learning about our renewable products and supporting their installation.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with sales to ensure accuracy of installation information.
2. Collaborate with the site team to ensure site preparation is complete and manage all work in progress through to completion and commissioning.
3. Ensure all information is correctly collated for commissioning paperwork.
4. Plan and deliver personal development with regular feedback and one-on-one meetings to support career progression.
5. Handle annual leave requests and other absences, ensuring adequate team coverage.
Requirements
* Knowledge of construction, building fabric, and renewable technologies.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 packages.
* Full UK driving licence.
