They are looking to hire a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join their expanding team. This is a hands‑on technical role with additional responsibility for supporting technical leadership, code quality, and delivery continuity across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain back‑end services and APIs
* Provide code review and technical guidance
* Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
* Support delivery workflows and engineering operations
* Deputise for the VP of Engineering when required
