Quality FAIR (First Article Inspection) Engineer – Aerospace Manufacturing

Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 | Fri 07:30–12:30

Your Day-to-Day:
* Compile, review, and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
* Ensure full compliance with customer specs, engineering drawings, and aerospace quality standards
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather and verify technical documentation
* Flag non-conformances, raise ECRs, and support the broader quality assurance framework
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive a "right first time" approach to manufacturing
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
* Engineering or manufacturing background
* Hands-on experience with FAIR inspections
* Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards
* Proficiency with inspection tools and interpreting engineering drawings
* High attention to detail xsngvjr and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience in aerospace manufacturing
* Previous work involving FAIR submissions
* Relevant qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing
* Excellent communication and team skills
