An excellent hands-on finance role within an international team, supporting the preparation of management accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR, payroll, and senior colleagues while contributing to the smooth financial operation of the business.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and issuing invoices and updating accounts receivable ledgers.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts.
* Preparing and posting accruals and prepayments.
* Processing receipts in line with compliance procedures.
* Performing daily bank reconciliations.
* Supporting the budgeting process and assisting HR and payroll with accounting requirements.
* Producing ad hoc reports and maintaining accounting best practices.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful applicant will have at least 1-2 years experience in a finance function, ideally with exposure to trial balance preparation and posting prepayments and accruals. Part-qualified AAT, ACA, or CIMA is desirable, along with experience using Sage X3. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and the capability to work independently and under pressure are essential.
