We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Call Handler / Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing day-to-day office tasks. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will also support the smooth running of the office through various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

- make initial call to customers who have enquired to gain more information to pass onto the sales team

- first point of contact for incoming calls

- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow up

- Handle enquiries and provide information where appropriate

- Perform general administration tasks

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Support other team members with admin tasks

Based in Cannock

Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm
