Role
C# Software Engineer / Developer (.Net Core AWS) – Sunderland / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office, with home working).
Responsibilities
* Develop backend features in C# .NET Core and migrate code from .NET MVC to .NET Core.
* Design and implement backend services that interact with the frontend (TypeScript, Vue.js).
* Contribute to the onboarding and registration journeys, including KYC and identity verifications.
* Ensure software is reliable, scalable, well-documented, and secure.
* Participate in technical project planning, conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical decisions.
Location & Availability
Hybrid working policy with 2-3 days per week in Sunderland offices. Office facilities include an onsite gym and an onsite restaurant with free meals.
About You
* Strong C# .NET Core backend development experience.
* Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using modern techniques.
* Experience implementing frontend applications.
* Good knowledge of AWS.
* Collaborative with strong communication, mentoring and leadership skills.
