Are you a compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference? Meridian Business Support is seeking a Adult Support Worker - Learning Disability Service to join a dedicated care team in Suffolk offering Day shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.

Your Role: As a Support Worker, you'll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:
* Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
* Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
* Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
Skills & Attributes:
* A caring and patient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable - but not essential as full training can be provided
