We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive (Placement Year) who wants more than a traditional support role. From day one, you’ll create content that gets seen, and directly support consultants closing million-pound deals. You’ll be trusted to own projects, contribute ideas and make a visible impact across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting marketing campaigns across all three brands
* Creating content: LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails and case studies
* Managing and scheduling social media across company and brand pages
* Helping consultants build strong personal LinkedIn profilesSupporting event marketing: conferences, webinars and follow‑ups
* Managing HubSpot: contact lists, email workflows and data hygiene
* Assisting with market research, competitor analysis and reporting
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
* Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications (or similar)
* Seeking a 12‑month placement starting September 2026
* A strong writer – clear, confident and persuasive
* Organised, detail‑driven and reliable
* Comfortable with tech and excited to learn new tools
* A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership
* Genuinely interested in marketing, business and growth
