This role requires you to drive a large rigid goods vehicle up to 44T MAM. Driving this type of vehicle you can expect to deliver large goods/packages to various destinations. You may be required to perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Client Policy. You may be required to load and unload goods/products into your vehicle. When delivering goods the role will include ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the client, with particular focus on obtaining the necessary signatures on Proof of Delivery notes. You may be required to work with a drivers mate delivering retail goods to houses, which will entail multi drop work. You may be required to drive a vehicle with a tail-lift.
