This is a field-based role covering various sites across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled operative to work within a customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality remedial and maintenance work across both active and completed developments. The key responsibilities of this role as a Multi Trader: * Provide a high level of customer service and aim to resolve issues on the first visit. * Carry out a range of repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard. * Complete jobs efficiently, ensuring customers are satisfied and sign off the work. * Plan your daily workload to make the best use of time and materials. * Attend scheduled appointments on time with all required materials. * Carry out general snagging and remedial works from instructions or drawings. * Protect customers’ homes while working and leave areas clean and tidy. * Report any risks or issues to the relevant person. * Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition. * Work closely with site teams and support where needed.
