Join our team at the Work Services Unit (WSU) and play a key role in delivering efficient and effective financial and management support!,
* Update and maintain financial systems (Agresso, SharePoint, Open Revenues etc.)
* Track, analyse, and process invoices, ensuring accurate cost assignments
* Prepare and extract data for financial reports to support service management
* Perform system administration tasks including data cleansing and year-end reconciliations
* Process recharges, handle commercial waste enquiries and disputes, and liaise with suppliers
* Raise and distribute purchase and requisition orders
* Ensure high standards of confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
Experience in finance, administration, or a related field
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement
* Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and high standards of service
