Social Worker - Multi-Agency Safeguarding Team
How would you like to use your social work expertise at the point where it has the greatest impact for a child?As a Social Worker in our fast paced Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, you will gather information from families and partner agencies, make initial enquiries, complete home visits and analyse risk to understand what a child needs right now. You will share clear, confident analysis with professionals and families, help decide whether a case progresses to the Initial Response Team, and elevate concerns when needed to strengthen safeguarding across the island.

This role gives you the space to use your communication skills, analytical thinking and safeguarding experience in a setting where your judgement genuinely matters. You will work closely with a wide range of professionals, build your multi agency practice and grow your confidence in fast, informed decision making.
