RGM Consultant – Global CPG Client

A global consultancy is partnering with a leading CPG brand to deliver high-impact data, analytics and AI solutions across their snacking division. This is an opportunity to be embedded within the client’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function, working closely with senior stakeholders on pricing, promotion, and assortment initiatives.
This is a strategic and consultative role, ideal for someone who brings both structure and autonomy, and has a strong track record of navigating large organisations within the consumer goods space.
The Role
You’ll operate as the strategic partner to the Director of RGM, taking ownership of the roadmap and helping drive key initiatives from conception through to delivery. While not hands-on with data yourself, you'll be responsible for enabling the delivery of RGM programs and ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.
You’ll be working onsite at the client’s offices in Slough and Paddington, with some flexibility. The wider delivery team is offshore, so experience working in a matrixed or hybrid delivery model is essential.
Responsibilities
* Define and drive RGM strategy
* Own and manage the roadmap across pricing, promotions, and assortment
* Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
* Provide advisory support and thought leadership to shape program direction
* Operate autonomously and bring structure to an evolving function
Ideal Profile
* Experience working within or consulting for RGM functions in CPG
* Strong background in client-facing consulting, preferably from a services or advisory firm
* Able to demonstrate impact through previous program delivery
* Comfortable working in a standalone role within a larger ecosystem
* Confident communicating with both commercial and technical stakeholders
