Your new job as a Terrorism Account Manager (Technician) will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd’s Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. Due to continued successful growth within the Crisis Management team an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team has arisen.
Your new role
Your new job working as a Terrorism Account Manager means you will be working alongside the placing Brokers and Team, handling the Terrorism business for all the technical account management and technical support. Duties will include the delivery of administrative and technical support to internal stakeholders, including the preparation of insurance documentation such as MRC slips, endorsements, and related documentation. Coordinating with internal finance and operations teams to track invoicing, assist with premium collection, and ensure timely payments to third parties and review policy documents for accuracy and distribute them to clients as required. Other duties will also include supporting the servicing of designated accounts under the direction of senior team members, attending client meetings when appropriate, issuing formal clientmunications, including evidence of cover and monitoring premium payment etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Technician handling Terrorism or PV business will lead to your success in securing this role. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, effectivemunication skills and sound technical understanding of insurance documentation including slips, wordings and contracts.
