We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales and marketing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll focus on generating qualified leads and securing high-value first-time appointments (FTAs) with senior decision-makers. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
* Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.
* Book first-time appointments (FTAs) with key decision-makers.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and target lists.
* Share feedback from conversations to support the wider business development strategy.
