The customer Service and Technical Operations Trainer is responsible designing, delivering and maintaining training programs across Customer Service, Technical Support and Operational Teams.
What you will do
* Create and Deliver new starter training
* Deliver refresher training
* Train employees on systems and operational processes
* Create and maintain work instructions
* Evaluate effectiveness of training
What you bring
Experience
* Proven experience as a trainer
* Audiology Industry desirable but not essential
* Call centre environment training experience desirable but not essential

* Adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced operational environment

* Confidence in working with cross-functional teams
