Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to ensure the safety and security of people and the premises during large scale events. This role will be seasonal with shifts typically being 8+hours.
We are looking for Stewards (SIA Licensed and Non Licensed) as well as Team Leaders.

What you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* A valid SIA Front-Line License
* NVQ Level 2 of 3 Spectator Safety - essential
* Previous experience in Event Stewarding - desirable
* Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
* Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
* Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do:
* Liaise daily with peers, operational management teams and the client.
* Check all staff and visitor passes as they arrive on site.
* Provide high standards of customer service at all times, including greeting customers.
* Work with other members of the Security Team to manage emergencies including full evacuation of the building.
* Maintain high levels of security of the building at all times.
* Be highly vigilant for any suspicious person/packages/items and report as necessary.
* Administer First Aid where necessary.
* Conduct bag searches in accordance with site Assignment Instructions.
