What you’ll do as a Project Manager You’ll be entrusted to: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and close-out of complex projects within agreed cost, timescale and quality parameters Coordinate cross-business activity, bringing together teams such as marketing, business development, learning and development, and operations Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, engagement and trust at every stage Track progress, benefits, risks and issues, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to project sponsors and leaders Champion strong project management practices, continuous improvement and the sharing of lessons learned Support the effective identification and management of project risks Does this sound like you? You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have: Proven experience delivering projects in complex and regulated environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques Confidence working in matrix organisations across multiple locations and stakeholders Excellent communication, influencing and reporting skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly A collaborative, inclusive leadership style and a recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or qualified by experience Vetting and checks: This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
