A fast-paced, dynamic organisation that has experienced rapid growth since its establishment less than 10 years ago is seeking a Finance Manager to join their small finance team and manage a couple of transactional accounts members.
Due to the pace of this business and its growth journey, you will need to be an individual who can operate at pace and adapt as the business evolves. You will have strong finance knowledge and ideally experience with consolidations.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in enhancing the finance operations whilst guiding and supervising overseas teams responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations. The Finance Manager will also ensure that accurate and timely financial reports are distributed to the business, while supporting the Head of Finance in crafting strategic insights for senior management to help realise the Group's vision.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities:
1. All aspects of management accounts preparation
2. FP&A
3. Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements
4. Cashflow reporting
5. Treasury management
6. Overseeing payroll in collaboration with an outsourced provider
7. Ad hoc projects
A professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA is desired, along with strong Excel skills. You will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
