The Role
Youll be supporting customers and the wider sales team with a variety of day-to-day tasks including:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and preparing quotations
Updating customer information on internal systems
Supporting with deliveries, order changes and customer queries
Working closely with sales and operations teams
Assisting with general administration and reporting
Helping maintain high levels of customer service across the business
About You
The business is looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships
Is organised and has good attention to detail
Is confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Works well within a team environment
Is willing to learn and develop new skills
Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment
Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or office experience would be helpful, but personality and attitude are more important than experience.
