The role:
As a Virtual Showroom Sales Team Manager, you will be a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills. You will inspire and empower a talented team of bathroom sales designers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales within our dynamic online environment.
Working remotely from home, with hands-on leadership, passion for sales, expert rapport building, and commitment to team development, you'll ensure every opportunity is maximized, turning design dreams into reality—and exceeding sales targets.
You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment, and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effective management of a team of 5
2. Setting the standard of a sales-oriented culture
3. Delivering against sales and customer demands while maximising profitability
4. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers
5. Collaborating with branch colleagues to provide a seamless & superior customer experience
6. Managing the end-to-end sales journey for customers, prioritizing their wants and needs to ensure they achieve the bathroom of their dreams
You:
You’ll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Skills and competencies:
