Position Details:
* Contract: Temp to Perm
* Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
* Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
* Progression: Potential to secure a permanent role based on performance
The Role:As a valued member of the production team, you will play a key part in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
* Carefully packing products into boxes
* Loading packed boxes onto pallets
* Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
* Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail
* Strong teamwork skills
* Previous experience in production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
Requirements:
* Own transport is essential due to the site location
* Reliability and flexibility to meet operational needs
