An exciting opportunity for an Inpatient Secretary has presented within our Acute Mental Health Services.
This role supports the safe and effective delivery of clinical services through administration support for our Acute Inpatient Lodges. Responsibilities include arranging and documenting meetings, managing staffing levels, participating in projects, and supporting referral, admission, treatment, and discharge pathways. The role is diverse and engaging.
The Team Administrator will provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to Medical and Clinical Teams within Navigo.
The post-holder will receive, record, and process referral, admission, and discharge information, ensuring service user records are always up to date.
They will also arrange and document a wide range of meetings and maintain current knowledge of Navigo policies, processes, and procedures, working within these at all times.
The post-holder will ensure the delivery of excellent administrative services within set timeframes and will be responsible for accurate data recording, maintenance, and monitoring.
