What you'll do
You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team who work together to secure the right people, for the right roles at the right time. You’ll have your own business area, working closely with your hiring managers you’ll have the freedom to decide on how best to attract amazing candidates and provide a stellar service to customers internally and externally.
You’ll have the opportunity to get creative, designing shiny new content for social media campaigns and developing innovative selection methods.
You’ll work on projects to help build our employer brand and to improve our candidate experience and on-boarding.
What you'll need
You'll have a proven track record in recruiting for a variety of job types; working with line managers to understand their requirements.
You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where many of your tasks are time critical and require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write engaging adverts and social media content.
