Offer description

We are looking for a Director of Business Development & Customer Success for the UK & Europe. This senior, hybrid role combines strategic leadership in business growth with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will define and implement go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, and develop a world-class customer success organization. This position is hybrid and based in Central London.

Director of Business Development & Customer Success Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

* Contribute to regional strategic planning, providing insights on market opportunities.

* Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business.

* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

* Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on key accounts.

* Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Success

* Define and execute the vision and strategy for customer success.

* Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and renewals.

* Monitor customer health, proactively address at-risk accounts, and reduce churn.

* Promote product adoption by understanding customer goals and demonstrating solution value.

* Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Management

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development and customer success managers.

* Set clear goals, provide coaching, and foster professional growth within the team.

Director of Business Development & Customer Success Ideal Profile:

* Leadership experience in business development, sales, and/or customer success at a senior level.

* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and customer lifecycle management.

* Strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

* Bonus: Experience in the entertainment sector and/or SaaS platforms.
