The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client are looking for an experienced AQS to join the commercial team, working closely with the Surveying Director.

You will be responsible for:

• Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations, and payments
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Monitor project costs and report on cost variations and financial performance
• Support the commercial team in contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Client meetings

**Previous experience in an AQS role in the construction industry is essential**
