An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bridging Finance Broker to join a fast-growing specialist finance business in Warrington.
This is NOT a cold calling role. Every enquiry provided is a warm inbound lead with clients actively looking for bridging or specialist property finance solutions.
If you have experience within bridging finance and want to maximise your earnings without spending your time chasing cold leads, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing and expanding business.
The Role:
* Handling warm inbound bridging finance enquiries from day one
* Structuring and advising on bridging and specialist property finance cases
* Managing deals through to completion
* Working with property investors, developers, landlords, and business clients
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and introducers
* Building long-term client relationships and repeat business
What Were Looking For:
* Previous bridging finance experience is ESSENTIAL
* Experience as a broker, advisor, BDM, case manager, or underwriter considered
* Strong understanding of specialist property finance
* Confident communicator with strong sales ability
* Motivated, ambitious, and target driven
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
