Bolton Council's bed-based services offer an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive team. We seek dedicated, compassionate senior care assistants. Opportunities to work across Bolton sites are available and can be discussed at interview.
What We Do
We provide 24-hour residential care for individuals requiring ongoing care, rehabilitation, or assessment of future needs. Our goal is to support residents in regaining independence and involve them in their care decisions, aiming for them to return home or transition to alternative care. We promote joint working with NHS and Local Authority staff on-site.
Work Schedule

Candidate Requirements
* Experience in care within nursing or residential settings
* Friendly, team-oriented, and supportive of person-centred care
* Care qualifications with willingness to undertake further training
* Ability or willingness to learn medication administration
* Computer literacy for monitoring information systems
* Right to Work in the UK (Bolton Council does not sponsor visas)
