CAD Engineer
Location: Neath

In this role, the CAD Technician will work alongside design engineers to design a variety of 3D sheet metal components. Using CAD software, you will design bespoke units from the ground up and collaborate with Installation Engineers and workshop teams to ensure correct implementation of designs.
The ideal CAD Technician will have experience working with 2D sheet metal design modelling using Inventor or RADAN, seeking a highly varied and autonomous role within a dynamic and expanding company.
The Role:
* Designing bespoke components based on client specifications
* Collaborating with other departments to implement designs
* Creating designs using RADAN, RADBEND, or other CAD software
* Working Monday to Thursday, 8 am - 5:30 pm, with a 3:30 pm finish on Fridays
The Person:
* Experience with Inventor or RADAN
* Background in sheet metal design
* Experience in manufacturing design processes
* Experience creating BOMs and working with general MRP platforms
