The Role The Senior Pensions Project Analyst role is pivotal in delivering high-quality technical pension administration services. Working in a newly created team, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to de-risking activities, GMP reconciliation, benefit analysis, and data validation. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with pension legislation, and identifying process improvements. Plan, execute, and monitor technical pension administration projects. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity. Identify and resolve discrepancies under supervision. Prepare regular project status reports with milestones, risks, and issues. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients on project activities. Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on pension legislation. The Person The ideal candidate for the Senior Pensions Project Analyst role will have a strong background in pensions administration and experience working on bulk projects. A keen analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Essential: Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes. Experience with bulk projects including GMP, data rectification, or de-risking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Desirable: Technical pensions and legislative knowledge. Experience in a third-party administration environment.
