Our Employee Experience & HR Transformation team's purpose is to help our clients rethink employee experience and establish the HR function powered by data whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client's shared vision. In your role, you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes designed to help clients rapidly adapt to and navigate through complex HR Transformations. As an Employee Experience, HR & Cloud Transformation Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. You will have a minimum of 4 years of HR consulting experience, or relatable experience, and will help lead the delivery of Cloud HR Transformations, or elements such as Talent Acquisition, Performance, HR Services and Payroll Transformation engagements for complex organisations as well as actively participate in business development activities. You will utilise your technology expertise in leading Digital HR initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency, while ensuring an enhanced people experience. You'll work as part of a diverse team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution.
