About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will:
✨ Inspire confidence, independence, and curiosity in every learner
Support pupils across literacy, numeracy, and the wider curriculum
Monitor progress and share valuable feedback with teaching staff
Create warm, positive relationships so every child feels safe, supported, and valued
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to help every child succeed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and heart to the classroom:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Strong classroom management and the ability to engage learners
✔ A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
✔ Creativity, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can help arrange this!)
✔ Ability to travel between schools is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
