What you’ll do:
* Lead procurement across our divisions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
* Oversee and optimise our spend portfolio
* Manage and develop a team of strategic buyers, fostering growth and accountability
* Directly manage key supplier relationships for critical raw materials
* Deliver complex procurement projects, including sustainability-led initiatives
* Negotiate contracts and ensure effective supplier performance management
* Work collaboratively within a matrix environment, aligning internal stakeholder priorities
* Drive procurement excellence through cross-functional collaboration
* Contribute to the global procurement strategy
* Identify and implement cost optimisation and long-term value creation opportunities
What you’ll have:
* Significant procurement experience in complex, multi-site environments
* Proven experience leading and developing procurement teams
* Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management expertise
* Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and category management
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
* Experience working in a matrix structure, balancing diverse business needs
* Proficiency in procurement systems, especially Ariba and SAP is desirable
* Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, strategic approach
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
* Experience in supplier risk management and performance evaluation
