Job Description
The Finance Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:
3. Processing supplier invoices, subcontractor applications for payment, employee expenses, statement reconciliations and supplier master data.
4. Any other ad hoc duties as request by the P2P Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
5. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
6. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
8. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
10. Experience in the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
