EA to support Managing Director
The EA will provide comprehensive support on various projects from start to finish while also managing the MD’s diary and inbox. Luxury hospitality and/or events experience is essential. This is a permanent role with some flexibility to adjust your schedule on different days or weeks, depending on the requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
 * Assist in planning, executing, and completing projects to ensure timely delivery.
 * Conduct research, compile reports, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
 * Support the MD in exploring new avenues for growth and innovation.
Administrative Tasks
 * Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
 * Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
 * Provide general administrative support as needed.
 * Arrange meetings, assisting with any necessary documentation including agendas and presentations, and managing any follow up required including minutes.
Diary & Inbox Management
 * Efficiently organise and manage the MD’s daily schedule and emails.
 * Arrange travel itineraries and handle logistics.
 * Prioritise and manage communication to ensure timely responses.
 * Identify meeting actions and outstanding tasks, tracking their progress, and providing reminders or follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Skills & Attributes
 * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships.
 * Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
 * Proactive problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
 * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the hospitality and or Property industry.
Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience in hospitality, event management or a related field.
 * Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
